Fermented Plant Juice - FPJ

Materials: Fresh plant growth harvested at dawn, brown sugar, container cloth

Ideal plants for FPJ: Comfrey, Mugwort, Aloe Vera, Purslane, Thistle, Sweet Potato, but can use any plant that has vigorous vegetative growth.

Harvest fresh plant growth at DAWN with dew on leaves

Choose the most vigorous, fast growing vegetative growth; Growth Meristems

DO NOT WASH

While harvest is fresh, tear leaves into small pieces

Layer leaves and brown sugar into container. Ratio 1:1

Tamp material and Fill to top, brown sugar layer last

Cover with breathable cloth. Keep in dark, ventilated area, ~68 F

7-14 days FPJ forms (dark fermented liquid)

Strain off FPJ with cheesecloth into clean container

Store in cool, dry, dark place
